Your visit is a comprehensive annual health checkup focused on prevention and overall well-being.

This is your time to:

  • Talk openly about your health
  • Ask questions and share concerns
  • Stay on top of your health for the year ahead


You can choose to see either a primary care provider or an OB-GYN.

During your visit, you'll typically cover:

  • A physical exam or health screening
  • Conversations about nutrition, sleep and safety
  • Support for mental health, sexual health and substance use
